Very interesting looking faculty and research institute in Europe, in the Netherlands - called MOVE http://www.fbw.vu.nl/en/research/research-institute-move/index.asp and also http://www.fbw.vu.nl/en/ A whole faculty focused on moving, rather than calling it Phys Educn or PT. MOVE.
